GENERAL

Age limit - This group is 17+, as we allow more heavier topics as long as they are done with grace.  So please, if you are under 17 years old, do not join.

Be Respectful - Please treat others around you the way you want to be treated! Bullying will not be tolerated; trying to cause harm to another person in the group will result in immediately being booted. Derogatory references to race, gender, sexual orientation, mental illness, or religion is unacceptable. If someone is being disrespectful to you, please be sure to let an admin know!

No Stealing - Do not copy designs, roleplay posts, personalities, or art from other people, in the group or otherwise.

Application Art - Application art can be drawn by yourself, be a commission or a picture of a irl cat. This group is not art based so you don't need to have drawing skills to join!

ROLEPLAY

Be Realistic - While this is slightly skewed due to being a roleplay about talking cats, you are still expected to be realistic! Try not to make your character overpowered or have strange abilities unusual for felines in the Warriors world! See character guidelines in order to see what is allowed and what is not.

Roleplay Topics - While most everything is acceptable if kept in a private roleplay, as this is a 17+ group, make sure your roleplay partner is comfortable with writing darker and heavier topics. If this is included in your character's backstory, be sure to provide appropriate content warnings, as to not harm other people in the community.

Roleplay Styles - Most styles of roleplay are welcome in TNS, script or otherwise, and we have no minimal word count! But please try to give as much effort in your work as your roleplay partner does.

Literacy Level -  This is a literate rp group, so make sure you are prepared! You don't need to be the best at writing, but as long as you can make coherent text you are good to go!

Roleplay Situations - Always discuss situations such as battles, wounds, romance and rivalries with your roleplay partner.

CHARACTERS

Be Realistic - Unless approved by group staff, your character cannot have strange characteristics that normal cats would not have. This also stretches to unrealistic pelt colors/patterns. Some character traits are acquirable, please check the ban traits page! To see what is allowed in character creation please look at our character guidelines!  Please ask the admins if you are unsure if your design is acceptable!

Labels and Identity - We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly group so your character is welcome to identify by any gender of sexual/romantic orientation, and wear it as openly and proudly as they like! Though, be aware that transgender characters may not have the resources to physically make their transition in the wilderness.

Disabilities - We are a disability friendly group, so your characters are allowed to have disabilities. Though, be aware that these disabilities cannot affect our Battle-, HP- or Hunting Systems. They are purely for flavor text for your character. When having a character with a disability, the responsibility of portraying them respectfully and informatively falls onto you. You must have a certain degree of knowledge about the disability to do so. Any sign of portraying the disability with ill intentions or like a caricature will result of you being kicked.

Having Children -  Each mother is limited to having 3 kits in each litter if she is under 3 years (36 moons). After 3 years of age the time of year, parents skills and clan/group circumstances affect the litter size. You can have kits when your character is over 12 moons old, but a 12 moon old parent is seen as very young. A pregnancy lasts one(1) irl month. Your character is limited to 4 litters or 10 kits whichever they reach first (stillborn kits don't count, but NPC and adopted kits do) This applies to both dmab and dfab. Please read our kit guide for how to have biological kits!

Becoming mates - Becoming mates requires time and effort. Please, read more about becoming mates in the assignments page. Apprentice's cannot become mates.

Character limit - You get a new character slot every 2 months! You start with 4 characters. Please keep in mind to have only as many characters as you feel like you can manage.

Follow the Character Guidelines - Please follow the character guidelines page when making your character!

Unsure where to start when making a character? Read our character guidelines to see what is allowed and what is not.
